RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not accept any refunds or returns as each item is personalized, however, in cases that the product is damaged or faulty on delivery and it is not the customers fault, we will accept a return within 7 days of delivery. If a return is lodged after the 7-day period, no refund will be provided.
