Order

We want to make sure your shopping experience with us is smooth and pleasent, therefore, we have set out instructions on how to order your products with us. Please make sure you follow the instructions to ensure a succesful order.

Browse through our website and decide what you like and what you would like to order.

Let us know what you want via Whatsapp or Email.

Make sure to specify in your message or email. State your name and surname as well as the products you would like, the colors, personalized details like names as well as the color options you would like. Also let us know if you would collect or make use of courier services.

After we have chatted and finalized what you want we will send you an invoice that needs to be paid within 7 days via EFT. When receiving your invoice make sure to double check all details.

We will then work on the designs as soon as payment reflects and send them through to you for final approval before personalization. We will let you know as soon as your product or products are ready for collection or courier.
